Alexander Khubeev was born in 1986 in city Perm (Russia). He graduated from Moscow Tchaikovsky Conesrvatory in 2011, in 2014 he finished postgraduate studies there (class of composition of Yuri Kasparov, class of electronic composition of Igor Kefalidis). Alexander Khubeev took part in International Academy of Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble in Tchaikovsky city (2011, professors – Pierluigi Billone, Franck Bedrossian). In 2014 he attended Darmstadt Summer Courses, where he received a scholarship for the next courses in 2016. Alexander Khubeev won awards in Italy, Germany, USA, Argentina, Russia and Ukraine. His music is played in concerts and at festivals held in Italian, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Cyprian, US, Argentinian, Armenian, Russian and Ukrainian cities (“Diaghilev Festival”, “Other Space”, ”Contrasts”, ”Moscow Autumn”, “Le Notti Ritrovate”, “Pharos International Contemporary Music Festival”, ”Moscow Forum”, “Venice Biennale”, “Gaudeamus Musicweek”, “Quandensprunge”, “MATA”, “Darmstadt Ferienkurse”). His compositions were played by such ensembles as ExNovo, Uusinta, Vertixe Sonora, Aleph, Vortex, Illinois Modern Ensemble, IEMA, Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble, The Studio for New Music Ensemble, Percussion ensemble of Mark Pekarsky, GAM-ensemble, eNsemble, String quartet Cantando and others. Some of his compositions published by P. Jurgenson Publishing House (Russia), Per caso sulla piazetta Edizioni (Italy), BabelScores (France). Sergey Khismatov was born 21 February 1983 in St. Petersburg. He took post graduate education at European University in St. Petersburg. 2010 - 2012 Sergey attended composition seminars with Moritz Eggert in Munich. Sergey participated in workshops and open lectures of composers and musicologists such as Boris Filanovsky, Pascal Dusapin, Sandeep Bhagwati, Enno Poppe, Helmut Lachenmann. Sergey was selected for Villa Concordia artist-in-residence 2013-2014. His chamber opera cycle got Advocacy Award in Boston Metro Opera. He won the first prize in Hof Klang composition competition and was invited in Hof Klang artist-in-residence. In 2012 Sergey got St. Petersburg Culture Award. He is laureate of Franz Josef Reinl-Stiftung, Neue Toene and Musique Bruitiste. Luigi Russolo - Rossana Maggia competitions. Sergey was finalist of Gaudeamus Music Week 2010, 2011 and 2012. The work Cymbals Quartet was selected for ISCM 2011 in Zagreb. He was the finalist of composers’ competition YouTube with composition The Finale for large orchestra. He has been nominated on Grand Prix in Sergey Kuryokhin’ Prize in the Field of Contemporary Art.  Vladimir Gorlinsky was born in Moscow in 1984. He graduated from Moscow Conservatory (composition under the supervision of Vladimir Tarnopolski). He also had excellent opportunities to attend master-classes with Martijn Padding, Richard Ayres, Brice Pauset, Beat Furrer, Brian Ferneyhough and Philippe Leroux. Vladimir spent a lot of time experimenting with traditional, ethnic and instruments invented by his own imagination. 
 
 His works have been broadcasted and performed in Europe, Asia and Australia by ensembles and soloists such as trumpeter Marko Blaauw, countertenor Javier Hagen, conductor Enno Poppe, Teodor Currentzis, ensemble Klangforum Wien (Austria), Nikel (Israel), Nadar (Belgium), Insomnio, Ereprijs (The Netherlands), Kontra-Trio (Switzerland), Seyanapёsahl (Finland), eNsemble, MCME, Studio for New Music and also by Russian National Orchestra (Russia).
 
 His music is heard at Darmstadt summer courses for new music, Acht brücken, Kasseler musiktage, SWR and WDR concerts (Germany), Venice biennale (Italy), d’Avignion (France), Gaudeamus muziekweek (The Netherlands), Wien modern, Impuls (Austria), Transit, Fortissimo (Belgium), Rostrum (Ireland), ISCM, 2D2N, Gogol fest (Ukraine), Moscow autumn, Moscow forum, Pithian games, Other space, Sound trajectory (Russia).

Alina Podzorova was born in 1989, in Bryansk. During this academy she took lessons of such outstanding composers as Oscar Bianchi (Italy- Switzerland), Sandeep Bhagwati (India-Germany) and Anton Safronov (Germany-Russia). Alina Podzorova's works have been performed in a large number of concerts and were played on the Orpheus radio station , at festivals of modern music in Perm, St. Petersburg, Moscow on such musical stages, as the Moscow State Philharmonic hall, the Moscow House of Composers, the St. Petersburg House of Composers, the St. Petersburg State Philharmonic hall. Arman Gushchyan (*1981) is a Russian composer of Armenian origin. He was born in Yerevan, Armenia and grew up since the age of 11 in Moscow, Russia. He graduated Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory with highest honors, where he studied composition with Roman Ledenyov. Subsequently he studied composition with Roland Moser and orchestration with Georg Friedrich Haas at the Basle Music Academy in 2006-2008. In 2010-2012 he took a postgraduate composition course “Meisterklassen” by Mark Andre and Franz Martin Olbrisch (Computer music) at the University of music Dresden.
 
 Arman Gushchyan has taught theoretical subjects, orchestration and composition at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 2008-2013. He has also taught orchestration and composition as Mark Andre's assistant at the Dresden university of Music in 2011-2012.
 He has been a laureate of the Swiss Federal Scholarship (2006-08) and of the DAAD scholarship (2010-11), also a laureate at the Shostakovich competition (Moscow, 2006, for Metanoia for orchestra), at the third international Pre-Art competition (Zürich, 2007, for Nihil sive for ensemble) and at the Pythian Games (St. Petersburg, 2014, for Ob-L-IK-I). He has had a one-year residency at Richard-Wagner-Stätten near Dresden in 2010-2011.
 
 Among the performers of his music have been Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble, Studio for New Music Ensemble (Moscow), eNsemble PRO-ARTE (St. Petersburg), Russian State Symphony Orchestra; Ensemble Convergence (Yerevan-Tbilisi), Ensemble Phoenix Basel, Camerata Variabile Basel, ensemble pre-art (Zürich), Apartment House (London), Sinfonieorchester Basel, Sinfonietta Dresden, Ensemble Courage (Dresden), Dresdner Philharmonie; conductors Fedor Lednev, Jürg Henneberger, Jurjen Hempel and Ekkehard Klemm; soloists Artur Avanesov, Konstantin Volostnov, Viviane Chassot, Sergej Tchirkov and Stephan Schmidt. His music has been played at such festivals as Moscow Forum (2003), ISCM World New Music Days (2004, Lucern), Tonkünslerfest Zürich (2007), Moscow Autumn festival (2004, 2005, 2009-2011), Lost in Translation (2011, Moscow), Culturescapes Moskau (2012, Basel), Two Days and Two Nights of New Music (2013, Odessa).
 As arranger of classical music for orchestra and ensemble Arman Gushchyan has had cooperation with Edition Le Chant du Monde (Paris), as well as with the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra under direction of Vladimir Fedoseev. 

 
 He is the co-founder of the Young Composers’ Club at Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 2001, where he has since served as its co-director and has organized numerous seminars and workshops with Russian and European composers.
 
 He has been also active as curator and producer of new music events since 2013. 
 
 Le Chant du Monde (Paris) publishes some of his works.

In 2014 she is the finalist at the Gaudeamus Muziek Week. As improviser she played with Matthias Bauer, Alexander Chernyshkov , Dario Fariello, Kirill Shirokov, Hilary Jeffrey, Vladimir Gorlinsky, Hannes Dufek. She recorded several albums as "Puinen Neon Itku", "Songs about trees". She is the organizer of the concert series “real time music” dedicated to improvisation. Alexander Chernyshkov 

is a composer, performer and improviser. Born in Omsk, Russia. When 12 years old moves to Verona, Italy. Guitar player in different Rock bands and Jazz groups. Studies at Verona State Conservatory classical guitar and composition and theory. In 2008 moves to Vienna to study composition at the “Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst” with Chaya Czernowin and electro-acoustical composition with Karlheinz Essl. In 2014 he graduates and continues his studies with Clemens Gadenstätter at the “Kunstuniversität Graz”.

Partecipates at “Darmstadt Ferienkursen für neue Musik” 2008 and 2010, where he attends lessons with Brian Ferneyhough, Marco Stroppa, Klaus Lang, Georges Apperghis and Wolfgang Rihm and where the pieces Sakhar for wind instruments and Almatiki daechta for voice solo are performed. He is also selected for the prestigious academies “Tzlil Meudcan” (Tel-Aviv) and “Tchajkovsky summer academy”, where he studies with such composers as Pierluigi Billone, Franck Bedrossian, Chaya Czernowin and Steven Kazuo-Takasugi.

His music is regularly performed throughout Europe, North America and Russia and is broadcasted by the Austrian and Russian radios (Ö1, TOPOT). His work was commissioned and programmed in festivals such as Wien Modern 2008 (Vienna), Donaueschingen Musiktage 2010 (Off-Programm), Platforma (Moscow), NEW_Air (Vienna), Tzlil Meudcan (Tel-Aviv), Izlog Festival (Zagreb), Lost in translation (Moscow), Unsafe sounds (Vienna), Pythian Games (St.Petersburg), Shorts (Kiev), Monday Concerts at musikFabrik (Köln)

He worked with such ensembles as musikFabrik, Nikel, PHACE, MCME (Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble), f0, Platypus, ProArte, Nostri Temporis and musicians like Natalia Pschenitschnikowa, Vincent Daoud, Carl Rosman, Marina Poleukhina, Sara Perez.

In 2014 the score of his voice solo composition “Almatiki daechta” was a showpiece at the graphical and poetry exhibitions “Graphic of Sound” (St.Petersburg) and “Schrift” (Tiflis, Georgia).

He received the "STARTStupendium“ from the Austrian Ministry of Arts, Culture and Education (BMUKK) as an emerging young talent as well as the „Composition grant“ to complete a new piece. First price at the competition „to the left“ (St. Petersburg 2010). First Prize at the NEW_Air Vienna 2011 competition.

Since 2011 he is very active as improviser. Collaborates with musicians like Dario Fariello, Alexei Borisov, Marina Poleukhina, Alexey Sysoev, Hannes Dufek, Vladimir Gorlinskij. Founds the experimental duo O I O together with the composer Marina Poleukhina. Records the albums “Puinen Neon Itku” and "Songs about trees". He is a frequent guest at numerous free improvisation festivals and locations such as Multiversal (Berlin – Copenhagen), Velak (Vienna), Turn the Corner! in Porgy and Bess (Vienna), Path (Verona), Eternal November (Moscow), Sound and the Fury (Moscow), Echoraum (Vienna).

He frequently works and composes for the theater. “Sacrifice” – G a r a g e X (Vienna 2012) builds a sound sculpture, to make the music come out of the surfaces of the decorations. Other works include “Medea” – S. Pölten State Theatre (S. Pölten 2013), “Rashomon” – Meyerhold Theatre (Moscow 2014-15). The live sound installation “drafo” was built and performed in “Platforma Festiva at Vinzavod” (Moscow 2012) and “Essl Museum” (Vienna 2013). His experiments and music is included in the documentary film about russian contemporary music scene "Little heroes".

He experiments actively in building unique new instruments of strictly acoustical and mechanical origin using long tubes to transform the wind instruments or using motors, relays and electromagnets as vibrating sources. Works and lives in Vienna.
